"I have friends who rave about Zen Nails. My experience was good! The problem that i had was an employee was scolded right in front of me smh. Not a good look. I am assuming the person who did the scolding was the manager. She literally took a bottle of polish out of the employees hand like she was 2 years old. Again not a good look. I felt bad for the employee, however the employee played it cool, and kept it professional and continued on polishing my toes. If the employee was using the wrong bottle of polish, cool, pull her off to the side and let her know that, don't do it in front of a customer. Aside from that little episode, I walked out a happy customer, a job well done, both mani and pedi."
