"If I could give a negative star I would. The worst service and pedicure I have ever had. I got a shellac pedicure which costs $35. In my experience when getting shellac done they put on the polish pretty early then do the massage so the oil from the lotion doesn’t get stuck on your toe nails. That didn’t happen after soaking my feet and taking off dead skin she slipped when cutting my cuticles and stabbed my toe making me bleed then she was cutting my toe nail (on the same already injured toe) and cut the side of my toe also making me bleed. So here I am with a bloody toe. She then proceeds to rub my legs and feet for a grand total of two minutes.... then makes me walk barefoot to a different chair to paint my nails so they can free up a chair for someone else. I leave and later that night I’m looking at my toes and notice a air bubble in the polish on a toe, a corner is missing polish on a different toe, and my toe nails are still really sharp and uneven. The next morning (today) I’m looking again and see the polish is lifting up on every single nail.So I go in today to ask for my money back because I have my baby with me and don’t have time to fix it, and also in order for them to fix it they would have to soak my wounded toe in nail polish remover and I don’t want to be in anymore pain from them.They refused to give me my money back and all of them were really rude to me when I was talking to them about it.I am disappointed because I have family and friends that go there and now they are losing not only me as a customer but also a couple of their regulars."
