"I was a loyal customer here for ages, but they always did shady things like stealing my nail polish I brought in for my manicure and pedicure and tricked me into giving them an exorbitant tip by snatching the biggest amount of the bills I had laid out to calculate the tip and repeatedly and enthusiastically thanked me. They were also always very pushy with their services and far too aggressive with the waxing. Wednesday was the last straw when I went in for waxing and a rude man at the desk, who didn't talk, just motioned in a get-out manner for me to go to the back waxing room and pointed there. I waited in there for ages while employees saw me and passed me and ignored me and were not engaged in other things and could have easily helped me. I kept on stepping out of the room and waiting and asking the rude man at the desk, who kept on doing the awful get-out motioning to the back waxing area and pointing, but no one would help me. So I started leaving while two employees emotionally came towards me and I just shook my head and motioned 'no' as I left. Funny how they weren't interested in me till I was leaving and didn't care till I was leaving. I go to Eterna Day Spa nearby now for half the price."
