"This place is awful I came in to get a full set with a gel topcoat for my baby shower, there was only one man and one woman working. It was clear that the woman was not able to do acrylic because she was only doing pedicures and polishing, the man was the only one capable of doing my nails and there were several other people waiting so he did them in a rush he didn’t ask how long I wanted my nails or anything he just cut them very short. I left the salon and noticed a few hours later that the acrylic was already lifting from my natural nail on several nails due to the fact that he rushed and didn’t buff my natural nail enough for the acrylic to bond to it so I called in and he said he would fix my nails if I came back in, I came back and was sent away and told to come back 2 different times because he was busy and didn’t have any help in the salon besides the woman who can only do pedicures and polish. So today I go in and he finally has the time to fix my nails and while doing so he kept insisting that I was the cause of my nails being messed up saying I pushed on them because they don’t just lift by their self which makes no sense no one is going to pay $45 ($40 witha $5 tip) for nails then intentionally mess them up and try to get them off and I tried explaining to him that the reason they were lifting is because he was busy and didn’t take the time to buff my natural nail correctly and also didn’t apply acrylic primer that’s when he said “you have a lot of time on your hands I know you pushed on them don’t do it again” which was extremely rude I had never been here before so I’m not sure why he assumed I have a lot of time on my hands and the gel top coat doesn’t cover the acrylic from side to side and also has areas near the tip that aren’t covered. I don’t recommend going here unless you want crappy nails and service."
