"I don't usually write reviews and I am far from fussy but today's service really got to me. I was there for almost two hours and wanted a design done but was told at the end that they are too busy to do the design. In addition, the tech who did my powder finger nails messed up and the sides are not properly covered, also too busy to fix. I have been going her for about 2 years and my level of satisfaction has declined since Long left but today takes the cake. Melanie is great and does good designs and Lisa is wonderful but after today, I won't be going back. VERY DISAPPOINTED."
