"I arrived on time for my “scheduled” pedicure appointment to be told that they were running 35 minutes behind. What’s the point of making an appointment then? (Un)fortunately I had another appointment an hour and a half later and could not wait for the 35 minute delay. Out of curiosity I asked how long would my pedicure take if I waited the 35 minute delay and he said 20-25 minutes. Um, what?? What kind of pedicure can you possibly get done in 25 minutes. I’d say a crappy one. The drive to Toledo for a quality pedicure is worth my time. I’ve never actually had a pedicure here, but after todays experience, I never will. 🙄"
