"Been coming here for years. Just walked out because not only did I watch the lady in front of me have a pretty much beg for him to paint her nails. She settled on clear. But when I sat down I asked for red white & Black nails he said 5 $ more. So he wants more to do no chip then another 5 dollars more to pain one nail on each hand a different color. Not only that but I have been watching this place go down hill. The guy out front is always smoking and coming back in and not washing him hands."
