"Came into this 'place' at 630, grant it, understand it closes at 7. All my mother asked for was a polish change. There was ONE customer in there with 2 people working on her. The lady looked at us (mind you no one in the salon), and said they were booked up. I looked and said, there's no one here. She turned (with an attitude) told me 'what you want me to do you see I'm working on her and we close in 30 minutes'. I confronted her about her attitude, which was definitely unnecessary and unprofessional when we were trying to give you money.If you want business, which it seems you need since your salon looked raggedy and a ghost town I suggest your workers adjust how they talk to customers. :)"
