"Simon is an amazing colorist but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. My 12:30 appointment in which I allow. 3 hour block from my work schedule was canceled at 12:26. Emergencies happen but the way it was handled was unprofessional and with no follow up apologies. In addition, there are too many overlaps with the appointment times and though you are scheduled with Simon, he will pass off the blow dry to one of his underlings which certainly is not what you are paying for or he leaves you in the back washing station waiting until he’s ready for you.Read Less"
