"I came to this nail salon a week ago 7days exactly. Got a full set. The nails were lifting. I called in. The lady told me to come in. I do just that. She agreed the powder was bad. Some powders don’t work on all nails. I’ve been getting powder for 3 yrs. Never heard or had this issue. Especially since they recommend powder. She offers to do them over 1/2 price. No! You’re “licensed” establishment that screwed my nails up why would i pay again. So i politely ask her to just take them off. This lady picks them off! Causing harm to both me and my real nails. It’s hurting her to take them off so you could imagine the hurt i feel. So i ask you can’t just soak them off. This rude lady says No I’m taking them off for free! Then proceeds to continue to take them off the wrong way. Cutting a hole into my real nail. Then tries to hurry and file it down. When i complained of the pain she says “you can go somewhere else and rudely pushes my hand away”. Remind you i come to this shop often and this is the thanks i get for supporting. Never again! Terrible business!"
