"This was the first ever bad experience I have ever had with a nail shop. I like how she did my nails but the customer service all around turned me off. I felt rushed and was trying to do my mommy and me time with my 4 year old daughter and the lady acted like she didnt want to do our pedicures! Said my daughter wouldnt sit still for it. Then said they are busy, like ai wasnt a paying customer. I usually tip well too! That is not her call to make. My daughter has been to a salon before and does really well for that. If she didnt start my nails already I would have walked out! Wouldn’t even let my daughter get her nails painted next to me. So we left there and went to another salon that welcomed us and gave my daughter a pedicure along with mine. I will never return there for that reason!"
