"This place used to be hit or miss. Kim gave a wonderful pedicure. A great massage and really paid attention to getting rid of calluses. Many of the older employees were great. New younger employees are terrible, with the exception of the owners daughter. Young men running the shop are loud. Play terrible Chinese rap music. No sense of service. The young blond that gave me a pedicure was not present at all. No massage. No attention to detail or service. Did not remove my callouses. I have always felt they needed to seriously clean and scrub floors and walls. But the service for me today will be the last. God forbid you need to use their bathroom. I am done."
