"I usually really enjoy my experience at Tips and Toes. The pedicures are excellent and they spend time making sure you feel pampered. Lately I've had a little trouble with the service. The man who did my gel polish wasn't able to find my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd choice in color, then left me waiting at the nail station while he went to smoke a cigarette. The smell of his cigarette breath really put me off throughout my manicure, and he seemed like he was rushing through the process to get me out the door. My nails turned out very inconsistent in shape and length. I wish they would put as much effort into making a manicure experience as enjoyable as my pedicure experiences have been."
