"I had previously been told if I had any problems with my manicure to come back and they would fix it. Got a full set of acrylic nails yesterday and thought that they didn’t look good, but thought I would give it a day just to make sure. The following day I returned because the nails really did not look like a french manicure and I was not happy with the shape, my mom had previously made an appointment for me to come back to fix them. When I walked in there were only a few people there, and I was the only one waiting. After about 20 minutes, I was approached by the extremely rude owner who started yelling at me that the nails looking bad was my fault and that they didn’t have any time to fix my nails. HOWEVER, she would be willing to fix them if we paid extra. Meanwhile, they took four other girls who had walked in with no appointment. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. Started coming here because they were less expensive than my previous place, but it really goes to show that you pay more but get better service. Will never be returning."
