"If time and common courtesy mean anything to you stay far away from this place. The facade and decor might be cute but the technician's attitude my appointment was with is downright ugly. She didn't see me until 20 minutes past my appointment time and then proceeded to berate me for scheduling the wrong type of appointment and she didn't have time for me. I made an appointment for a regular manicure not knowing whatever I already have on my nails is of any importance nor does their website indicate such things. (I have SNS powder on them currently, I thought it was like gel and not a big deal. Boy was I wrong!) Someone higher up came along offering to reschedule the appointment for another day, after I've already waited 20 minutes... Not good enough in my book. I'll never be back and word of mouth is a powerful thing."
