"I booked a mani & pedi online. I had a monetary valued gift certificate. The Escape mani and pedi both said that they include a massage. Well if you consider the 30 seconds the technician rubbed the lotion on a massage, then it was included. I didn’t refresh my memory before my appointment what the Escape included but checked it once I got home. Was quite disappointed - I had a mani/pedi there few years ago and that I would have given 5 stars, this review is based on July 28...th 2018 service. the technician made a comment in the middle of my mani (first) “You are using a gift certificate” so not sure if because of that she decided not to include a massage. On a positive note, the quality of nails and polish is amazing, this was why I decided to do both mani & pedi with my gift certificate. I will definitely go again, but will be checking beforehand what my services include. See More"
