"I had my big toenail fall off and came to them to see if they could put an acrylic nail on while my nail grows back. The lady who did it did a horrible job and made it too thick so it got stuck on my clothes all the time and in less then a week it had fallen off. When I came back to ask them to reattach it, the gentleman (owner) told me that they could only guarantee 3 days cause I have no nail bed for the fake nail to attach to. When the same lady started fixing my nail, she saw I did have a nail bed but yet she still tried to make it like I was at fault. While I was getting my nail fixed you could so tell they were talking about me and I never felt so uncomfortable. I will never go back as their customer service sucks!!! When you make a mistake admit it, don't make the customer feel bad for your lack of caring."
