"Very disappointed, I watched a nail tech move from doing a manicure to a different pedicure not sterilizing tools. I listened to the owner 3 times tell a customer what they wanted to hear, even when you could see it wasn't true. The conversation between my nail tech and me, non existent, but with coworker in a non english conversation, non stop."
