"Honestly, over the past 1+ years, the staff has become less and less friendly. Almost like they do not enjoy what they do. For the amount you pay for their services, I would certainly expect staff members to go above and beyond to make you feel like you are at a top end spa. Not give you the sense they are frustrated and not happy to even be there."
