"My friend went to the hair salon and her hair looks TERRIBLE! The lowlights are only at the tip of the hair underneath. Only two stripes in the front in the “bangs”. The distribution of lowlights is terrible...and there isn’t even highlights. It looks so bad with the little lowlights she has and with no highlights. She paid way to much for the outcome ($100) and her hair is super short, not much highlights/lowlights, they weren’t positioned very professional, the shampooing does not make up for the extra money that she had to spend, etc..."
