"Horrible service! I just had the worst pedicure. I was the only customer in there. The lady (who refused to give me her name, or the owner's name) refused to give me a deluxe pedicure. She wouldn't remove the dead skin from my heels. When I asked her to scrub my foot again she was very irritated and ignored me. She started pulling on my ankle and telling me to work with her. I told her she was rude and she stopped talking to me. When it came time to leave, I asked for her name and the owner's name. She kept telling me, no name, no name. She told me to leave. When I saw the owner's name taped to the counter and I started writing it down, she ripped it off the counter and told me to leave. Unfortunately, we were the only two people there. As I was leaving two other employees showed up. I tried talking to them. The young girl was nice and apologized several times. Me and my family have been going to Terry's for years. We have never had an issue. But after the way I was treated, I can't, out of principle go back. I have no problem paying for services and tipping for services. But to be treated so rudely and made to feel like a burden, I can't support any business who is okay with this."
