"I received a pedicure and there was something in the paint on one of my toes...I asked the lady if she could fix it and she stated no one will see that..sorry if I am paying I want it to look nice. So the man comes over and tries to see the spot and runs his finger through my polish’s and messes it up...had he not done that she could have added paint or put a design over it to cover it up...but he starts yelling on why he smeared my polish all over my toe...mean while they had already put my color back on the wall and couldn’t find same color..so I asked them to just to remove polish and they proceed to charge me full price...I have also had another problem with them charging more for the tip amount then what I left on the ticket and when confronted she would not fix it and did not offer to discount another service or anything...very rude place in such a small town I don’t see how they stay busy I suggest going to Ashland city for services!"
