"I had been going to T- nails for a long time and having Tracy doing my nails and ,they started having me wait 15 minutes over my appointment time,them 30 minutes.I had enough,I told them my time was as important as theirs and the owners care,said I still book earlier in the day.They lost a great customer a d good tipper."
