"I have been going here for a few months now. Saturday was the first time I had done a pedicure there. It took an hour and a half. Which is way to long. I told her I wanted Gel and they insisted me picking out regular polish color. And I said this is the color. It was same as color I picked out in Gel. And I said again I want gel #92. She started putting regular polish on and I said no. I want gel. The man told me why didnt you say that. I kind of got snippy and said I did more than once. And they even took the gel colors from me asking me what color I wanted. Then the polish wouldnt cure. And he said this is your fault you didn't tell us. I told the lady as soon as I sat down I wanted the gel/shulack polish. And another lady handed me the colors for it and took the number I wanted. The fact that he was so rude and I was there for so long. Pissed me off. They really do not have customer service skills. Then all started talking in there language after that. Another gall came in while I was there and needed hers fixed due to there error. That was such a big deal to them they were embarrassing her. making a bigger deal out of it. they should have just fixed there mess up instead."
