"I went in to have my nails filled. While taking the polish off and using his power tools I had to pull my hand away MULTIPLE times because he was hurting me. When he used his nail file he was filing my skin as much as he was my nails. I asked to have a small bit of length taken off (as much as had grown out since my last fill) he seemed annoyed and used his power tool thing and took off way too much and changed the shape. It wasn’t a shape ANYONE would EVER ask to have their nails. Rounded spots, then flat spots, it looked terrible. I pointed and asked for it to be fixed. He only fixed the one I pointed at. I had to ask multiple times for this to be fixed and finally had to settle because he was taking more and more off. He left the nails very thick after filling them, and on a few nails it looks like he didn’t even actually fill spots on them! I picked a polish that looked very dark navy. When he put it on my first nail it looked a lot lighter. I asked if it would get darker and he told me YES with more coats it would. It ended up still very bright but he was going to charge me for a “color change” to change the color. I was charged $42 FOR A FILL. That’s how much they charged when I originally had these nails put on! And I absolutely hate the shape, the length on my left hand is different from my right, the color is not what I wanted but I was absolutely not paying him more money to FIX the mistake, the color has bumpy spots from dust from where he had filed my nails, and he left polish on my skin on the sides of my nails. So unprofessional and I now have to go somewhere else to pay to have them fixed."
