"I'm not one to complain much or leave reviews but I was truly unsatisfied with how my nails turned out and the way I was treated when I came back to show her my nails. I was accused of purposefully breaking my own nails and not knowing how to take care of my nails. I've worked as a nail tech before, I know how to take care of my nails and I know SNS should not be chipping 2 days after it's done. I also know you do not treat an unsatisfied customer the way that they did. Seriously lack of profesionalism."
