"HORRIBLE SERVICE. DIRTY, RUDE. WAY OVERPRICED! Renee lied when I asked for glitter she said she could not because glitter would cause the color changing polish not to work. She was just being lazy. I get glitter EVERY time on top of color changing polish. I asked for tips, she just used acrylic powder on top of very painfully ripping my other nails off when trying to remove them! I didn't want to cause a scene especially since she was already very rude and pushy. The nails were crooked and too short, but she got angry when I would comment. I would recommend Maxx Nails in Shakopee. I will NEVER go back here and will make sure others know as well. Also you are being watched and recorded. The Owner claims to have both watched and listened to the conversations and services. Creepy. You would think the nail techs would treat people better and take better care to clean."
