"I made an appointment to get French braids and all of the girls were working on one lady and so this guy came out and asked me what I wanted I told him and he said what's a French braid? And right there I wanted to leave and then he made me look up a picture of French braids and he took my phone and sat there on MY phone for a couple minutes then I watched as he struggled to start the braid he basically tied my hair in a knot then braided it was not tight at all super loose and its not a French braid the braid starts where my ear is not at all next to or even close to the top would not recommend ever. Very disappointed."
