"Be careful with waxing's, you might get burned and then get a snark response instead of someone willing to kindly accept constructive criticism. Just because no one else 'complained' doesn't mean it didn't happen and for getting waxing's for the past 15+ years from other places & here multiple times, this place was the first to burn me. Also, they have very slow check-in and check-out.. they need more than 1 computer and maybe no more than 1-2 people behind the counter because it's ALWAYS a cluster f and always get ignored or left standing there listening to drama for 5-10 mins before being assisted."
