"Diry, dirty, DIRTY! The tools that is! The first time I thought it was a fluke. The place itself appeared clean. The lady finished up her pedi she was doing and I was next. She was over at the sink and 'washed' off the tools. When I asked if they were sterile, she said yes, I wash for you. I said No are they sterile. She glances over to another lady who may be the owner. She nods and gets a new set out of the autoclave. As I was getting a mani, I looked over and they washed o...ut the pedicure sinks with hand soap...that was it. No bleach or cleaner...I chalked it up to them being busy, so I went back one more time. This time the lady opened the tools in front of me out of a package...there wasnt anyone else in there. I was like oh ok great....wrong! She finished up as they were closing...all she did was rub the tools after I was done with alcohol and reseal them into what wld be a sterile package, and tossed them into the autoclave or well the machine that looks like one...so gross. The board of health really needs to visit here...I hope people aren't getting diseases from dirty instruments. See More"
