"As we all know, life is very busy with little time for pampering. I look forward to when I have time to be pampered but have realized I will not receive that at Star Nails. I have given them several times over the past year to improve on their services but I can not continue to pay for pedicures that include less than 4 minutes in the water and 10 minutes from start to finish. I always have to clean polish off my cubicles and pumice my heals when I get home. I have spoke to them the last 2 times about it & am told everything is fine. I will be taking my money out of the county to receive quality services."
