"I'd give this place 5 stars for my experience ONLY tracy did a wonderful job, but the lady (I dont know her name) who did my mom's manicure was rude and was not acknowledging her comments when she was doing it wrong. Instead of fixing the problem when she could they told us to come back the next day, no discount. They don't handle complaints well whatsoever, they'll try to get you out of there as soon as they can."
