"I've been a few times for a massage and had a pleasant experience. However, this visit was a little different. I told her I didn't want a deep tissue massage before we started...she didn't listen. She was persistent in working places out. Even hearing my moanes and groans...it continued. This is three days after my visit and I'm still hurting. And you could tell she was on and off of her phone towards the end. I will not request/use her again. Otherwise, the spa is always really nice, clean and friendly. All day access to everything there. Really a beautiful place."
