"Worst manicure I have ever gotten! The lady I got was clearly uncomfortable with the service I requested (powder dip). It was chunky and some of my nails were even crooked. The woman also could not get my nails into a coffin shape. Another woman came and tried to help but it ended up looking sloppy and cheap. My boyfriend called them when I returned home and they said they could try to fix the crooked nail. However I am afraid to let them touch me again because they were so rough. I suspect this was because they wanted to leave, but I came in well before close. Now I have to walk around with “turd like nails”. Please do not offer services you can not do well."
