"Acrylic nails were placed way too fast... done sloppily. They didn’t even file around the edges of the cuticle and all the acrylic was over the cuticle skin. I even mentioned it twice for them to please file that area so my nails don’t lift off... but they didn’t seem to care much- they barely filed it off. So I gave up and filed them at home. I don’t think alcohol/drying liquid was placed on my nails prior to the acrylic application because it looked like some of it wasn’t sticking.. and nails grew mold quickly. Took all my nails off within a week. Very disappointed and not going back. Nail polish application wasn’t great either. Other than that.. they seemed friendly.... but not going back."
