"I went there and waited 40 minutes to get gel put on my actual nails. When I sat down the guy didn't even ask any questions and just cut off my nails and proceeded to put on fake nails. After the shock of the first 2 nails being cut I said something about it and he didnt seem to care and just said 'you get full set'. I calmed down as we can't go back in time to fix the issue and they would grow back, bescides, as this was his error the set should be free. Then the guy who did my nails took his time and then CHARGED ME for a full set. Within 4 days the nails were popping up and fell off. The nails also had no curve to them and were just straight. They looked like the press on ones you get at the Dollar store for kids."
