"My very first time there and I will not be returning!When I called in the person who answered the phone just said hello.... and I had to ask if I was calling the right place.I went in for a full set and shellac for my nails and I was slightly frustrated because Sarah told me a different price then what they had told me over the phone.Second my cuticles and nails looked amazing & she told me I had To have a manicureI told her that I really didn’t want one.. let me say I’ve been getting my nails for the last 6 years and I really know when I need a manicure. I didn’t have any hangnails nor any cuticle growth over my nail. I felt that she just was pushing for the sale.I had her just remove my nails, she didn’t file them to the same length. I walked out of their salon with 3 extremely short nails and 7 long nails that weren’t even filed straight.She told me a removal was 5$ then she said it was 10$ even after that I still tipped her 20%Even though her customer service was god awful."
