"If I could give less stars, I would. I had an appointment for a full set of nails. Got there 5 mins earlier, greeted with a grunt and nod from a gentleman, sat and waited 45 minutes and was completely ignored. Other younger women came in after me, and the gentlemen popped up right away to help them and get them situated for pedis...he was all smiles for them..they had no appointments. I ended walking out as I was tired of being treated like I was invisible. Like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women...big mistake as I tip a lot better than those twenty somethings. I won’t be back ever again."
