"When using the dremel tool on my finished nails the young man cut 3 of my fingers above the cuticle to the point they bled. He apologized but did not discount my price. I had scabs on my fingers for over a week because the cuts were so deep. The dipped nails loosened at the cuticle area within 2 weeks allowing water to get behind the nails. I had to have them removed and I went elsewhere, after my fingers healed. Did not have any problems at a different salon."
