"Horrible horrible experience, never going here again! The girl that sits behind the counter has a very bad attitude & did a very poor job! She rushed to do my nails & did not do what I had asked for. Also this place is unsanitary, I did not see anyone open up fresh new packs at all while I was there. The man that was at the counter when you first walk in was very nice and understanding about the whole situation but never again. 1st and last time going to this location. I highly suggest Lu Lu's Nail Spa in Mount Sinai."
