"Been going there for years, but I won’t be going back. My last time, I got a nice acrylic set, but one of my nails broke off within two days. I went back to get it fixed and I waited way more than usual, and the focus was more on another client who was there for a full set. He not only made me wait long, but he did a crappy job leaving my nail bulky and streaky. And used the WRONG shade of yellow which he wouldn’t admit was wrong. They only care about making money, not making clients happy."
