"I walked in as a walk in customer of course. I wasn't greeted, yet I signed in. The lady walked over and asked me what I was getting. I said a toe polish change. Then she asked if I had an appointment, which I stated no. She told me to sign in and I told her I had. She told me to pick my color and walked away. I'm not sure if it's a culture thing but you shouldn't sound rude towards a first time customer. I will definitely never be back...ever!"
