"It was our first time going and we were told they guarantee any broken nail until your next fill and found out when we went back we were lied to. They charge $4 a broken nail. Just went to a newer place and they found mold underneath one of my daughter's nail from when Serenity Nails did them last. Nasty and will never return!!"
