"Staff was very helpful and friendly. They are really talented and professional. The price reflects their talent and you definitely get what you pay for! The only thing I don't like is how difficult it is to get an appointment. I just had to reschedule my appointment on July 16th and the next available wasn't until July 24th for the service I wanted. I want to get the membership, but I'm nervous I won't actually get to use all the benefits due to limited booking availability. I guess if I book months in advance I can create a routine for my nails and get appointments that work with my schedule..."
