"Gone there twice now...first time a few years ago to get my hair cut and it was absolutely terrible and did not follow what I wanted in any way, shape, or form. Went again a few months ago to get my hair and makeup done for prom and was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Very disappointed in both and me being an unskilled hairdresser and makeup artist, I could have done a better job. The makeup was cakey and nowhere near what I wanted, even when I had a very simple makeup idea and definitely did not match my skin tone. My hair was very messy when all I asked for was a crown braid and a simple curling. Never going back again..."
