"Hair stylist are nice and courteous, but the owner, Duke Lyon, has horrible customer service. It seems this business does not believe in receiving negative feedback. Both times I was there (first by myself and second time with family), they are always running behind schedule. They dont apologize if they are running late, but try to accommodate you with another stylist. My second time hair cut was pretty bad, and the stylist didn't seem to not know what she was doing. I sent a note to the owner/manager, Duke Lyon, complaining about the haircut (with a picture of the haircut), and he responded saying that 'our salon is not the right fit for you. Please feel free to find another salon to meet your expectations.' Bad experience and horrible customer service. A reputable company that is customer service oriented would request that the client come by and see what they can do to meet expectations - this is not the case with Salon H2O in Olney."
