"Pros: Expertise**, friendly, really aim at client satisfaction, very picky with hair, but they've mentioned to impressCons: understaffed for the time we were there, slightly priceyFriend and I went in for hair makeovers - we went all out. I got dye, highlights and a cut. My friend got a balayage. Initially, I wasn't completely happy with the first reveal but she re-did parts of my hair and I absolutely fell in love. Luckily, my friend loved her do from the get-go. Overall, a wonderful salon experience - haven't had one in years."
