"Maybe the worst experience I’ve had at any salon. It was my first time going to this salon, and it did not live up to my expectations. I waited for over a half hour for an appointment I already made. Once I sat down I told the stylist what I wanted, and showed a picture. What I ended up with was sloppy and different colored highlights, and not what I showed or asked for. I cried the whole way home and now have to figure out a way to fix it. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back to this salon."
