"Horrible customer service. I will never step foot in there ever again. I wasted $98 thinking I was going to treat my lil sister n myself to getting our nails n feet done. But that all went downhill when the designs the owner wife did on my nails turned out sloppy!! I made mention before I paid and she took 3 dollars off but by time I made it home both nails were smushed. I called the very next day and spoke to the manager and asked if they could fix it and just put the gel polish on there which is what I paid for (shellac polish) he told me no cause it was my fault I didn't let the polish dry! And they already took $3 off a $16 design. My question to his wife yesterday n to him today, Why are you putting regular polish on a simple design anyways? Never again will this hole in a wall recieve my hard working money. Lesson learned"
