"When I walked in, no one greeted me or asked me what service I wanted. When I was finally asked, one of the employees said it would be a 20 minute wait, it ended up being an hour and still, no one assisted me. They seated me and showed me the color options, but then took another customer who came in after me and was getting serviced the same thing I was there for before me. Finally, I got up and left. I wish I could say that was the only time that happened, but it is not. They are in need of a vast improvement!"
